OUR FOUNDER
Growth with Grace Parivar was founded by Mrs. Hema Khatri with the vision of creating a community where people can build meaningful relationships based on trust, respect and shared values. Her belief has always been that lasting connections are formed when people come together with openness, sincerity and a willingness to support one another.
Mrs. Hema Khatri completed her graduation in Varanasi, then her under-graduation from the University of Allahabad, and later earned her B.Ed in Lucknow. After moving to Lucknow, she married Mr. Roshan Khatri in 2000, and together they have two sons.
An educator and social worker at heart, she founded Little Pearls International School in 2008, a preschool that earned a reputation for quality early childhood education and successfully served families for many years.
Her commitment to social service began even earlier with the establishment of Madhayam Samajik Sanstha, an NGO founded in 2005. Through numerous large-scale community initiatives, awareness campaigns and charitable projects, the organisation has supported underprivileged communities and impacted the lives of thousands.
In 2017, she founded Epic Events, an event management company that organises large-scale social, cultural and community events, bringing together people from diverse backgrounds every year.
Mrs. Hema Khatri is also a certified parent counsellor, guiding families on child development and parenting while continuing to promote education, community welfare and social awareness through her various initiatives.
